Team 486, the Positronic Panthers…
is a veteran Robotics team that has been in action for over 25 years. The team reached out to the Foundation for help with fundraising opportunities after losing some financial momentum. They are also seeking volunteers and engineering mentors as they work to re-energize a storied program that has recently slowed due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are interested in helping with the robotics team, please contact B. A. Thomas at bthomas1@wssd.org.
Swarthmore Farmer’s Market
The Foundation was so grateful to be the community table at the Swarthmore Farmer’s Market on August 29th. We asked incoming students, “What do you dream for your school?” We loved seeing the answers and connecting with our students of all ages.
